“Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill."
Matt 5:17
"He said, “It is finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit."
-John 19:30
"Then, behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth quaked, and the rocks were split, and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised; and coming out of the graves after His resurrection, they went into the holy city and appeared to many. So when the centurion and those with him, who were guarding Jesus, saw the earthquake and the things that had happened, they feared greatly, saying, “Truly this was the Son of God!”
-Matt 27:51-54
"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life."
-John 3:16

Today is a day of remembrance in Christian history. Today, we remember the Lord's sacrifice on the cross at Calvary. Today, we remember the day Christ took our place, our punishment. Today, we remember the day he chose to die for our sins.
With this ultimate act of sacrifice, believers can now freely approach God, and enjoy a life free from the bondage of sin. Christ fulfilled the Law with His death, and now we live free, free from sin, free to give our lives to Him. "There's no greater love, than a man who'd give His life for a friend." So, therefore, remember His great love for us, that He was willing to die for us, "that whosoever believed in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life."
Blessed Good Friday.

Attended SBU & MBS CFs' joint Easter Evangelical meeting this afternoon. Kinda lively bunch. Could really sense God at work too. Lots of guys accepted / rededicated their lives to God in that meeting. Praise the Lord for those added into His kingdom...
Esther pointed the way for us on the way there. It's not that hard to find, but it's easy to get lost if you don't know where you are. (Thanks a lot, Esther!) We passed PGRM to get there. When I went home, I went the opposite direction, through Pandan Jaya. Imagine my surprise when it took me only 20 minutes to get home...
Hmm... So, Shamelin Perkasa is only a 20-minute walk away. This means that by extension, Fiona's house is only 30 minutes away... Hmm...
