"Riddle Me That"

Guess you should've figured out by now the title sequence this month, which is " ... Me ... ". Heh, a few of the titles in this pattern don't quite make sense though. ("Event Me Once"?)

Anyway, the rest of the SPM Trials results are out. (STPM too, but that's not my battlefield) Like what Pn. Normiza said, I got 4th in Form. In front of me are Faiz, Andrew, & Wai Yan, in that order. All three of them straight As. My position, along with Faiz & Andrew, hasn't changed since Diagnostics, though the one directly in front of me has.

My percentage and GPA dropped slightly this time round. The number of A2s has decreased, from four to two, though one of them dropped to a B4. My A1s, as a result, increase by one.

Too bad all that grading system doesn't matter much now, thanks to the Education Ministry's ******* changing of the system. Adding an A+ wouldn't be so bad actually, if only they had bothered to do it BEFORE the Trials started for us to practice on, instead of one ******* month before SPM!

Also, from the news link above :
Quote :
"... a new category of Public Services Department scholarships would be introduced next year based purely on merit, regardless of race."
Merit my foot. I'm pretty sure they'll still keep the Bumiputra quota system.

Quote :
"... school principals have been directed to explain the new grading system to students sitting for the SPM this year."
Any Cochranean F5s received instruction of the new system yet? No? Not yet? Hmph.

Sorry about the rant. It's just that I get agitated concerning matters of our country's government. And that shall be for another day. I'm gonna go cool down...

Oh, to the dude at the top of the Edu. Ministry,
