Just having lunch with friends, chatting about whatever and simply having fun without having to worry about extra work and stuff. Such should be in the life of a student...
No events this week, nothing that drains away my time and energy. As such, I'm free to actually sit down and have lunch with my fellow PPUL-ers (although the break is ridiculously short - 20 mins???). And no teachers to drag me out of class to do who-knows-what... Leaving me to be able to enjoy being with my lively classmates :D
Hmm... Not much notable this week... Unless you count the Senaman 1Malaysia this morning (rehearsed on Wednesday). Though I prefer not to dwell on the event, given how chaotic it was... (+-1000 students and teachers stuffed into the hall and canteen foyer just because it was drizzling...) As for Wednesday, well Cath recaps it quite nicely...________________________________________
Back to today. Wait, sorry, go back to Wednesday for a while... Results for school transfer applications were out. From LS1, transferring out are Reena & Amanda. Okay, now back to today, which was the last day for most of the soon-to-be-transfers. (Naturally a lot of cameras were seen today...) MonkeyManda (That's what she calls herself... really!) even brought gifts for everyone. Quote Pn. Goh, "How nice, you came back to say farewell to everyone." (She had already gone to MBS yesterday to register)
Speaking of Amanda, I've only known her for 4 weeks (as I do the other new students) According to her, at first she thought I was a stuck up, arrogant kinda guy, and she's very glad to have been proven otherwise. She's a very lively spirit (very, very lively). Also friendly and kind...Oh yeah, and she once got her mom to give me a ride home in the pouring rain... (Thanks again for that!)
So, after school, 6 of us went with her to McD's for lunch. Quote me, "Amanda's Farewell Party". Joe Key, Kum Wah, Joel, Mun Yan, Yern Yerng, and myself. We spent close to two hours there, and certainly enjoyed ourselves...
